Durudam respects visitors’ personal information and choices. This policy explains how information may be processed on durudam.com and the choices available to you. If a topic site or linked service displays a separate privacy policy, that policy also applies to the relevant service.
Information that may be processed
When you browse, the web server, hosting provider or security features may automatically process basic connection information, such as IP address, request time, visited address, referring page, browser and device details, errors and security events. These data are used as needed to deliver the site, resolve problems, maintain security and prevent misuse.
If you submit an inquiry, we may process the name or nickname, reply details, message and attachments needed to respond. Contact arrangements are currently explained through a linked information page; check that page’s policies and cautions before submitting. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information, such as national identification numbers, medical records, passwords or payment details.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information stored in your browser by a website. Cookies needed for basic functions, security and preferences may be used. You can delete or block them in your browser settings, but blocking necessary cookies may stop some features from working properly.
Durudam may introduce external services, including Google services, for statistics or advertising in the future. If advertising services such as Google AdSense are actually used, Google and advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, frequency management and fraud prevention. Ads may be personalized or nonpersonalized depending on location, consent and settings. Before introducing advertising or optional analytics, we will update this policy to reflect actual operation and provide consent or refusal controls where required by law. Purposes
Information may be used to the extent needed for these purposes:
- Providing the site and content and adapting their display.
- Checking system stability, resolving errors, maintaining security and preventing misuse.
- Reviewing and responding to inquiries, corrections and accessibility feedback.
- Understanding usage in aggregate and improving content, if that function is used.
- Delivering and measuring advertising, if that function is used.
- Meeting applicable legal obligations and protecting rights.
External providers and processing locations
External businesses may provide hosting, security, content delivery, analytics, advertising or inquiry handling. Durudam aims to choose and configure services so they process information only as needed for their functions. Providers may process information in other countries, where applicable laws and their safeguards may also apply.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to comply with valid legal processes or to protect the rights and safety of the site and its users. Selling personal information itself is not a purpose of operating Durudam.
Retention and protection
We retain information only as long as needed for its purpose, security, disputes and legal obligations. When no longer needed, it is deleted by reasonable means or processed to make identification difficult. Exact periods may depend on the type of data and the settings of the service processing it.
Reasonable organizational and technical safeguards cannot guarantee absolute security for internet transmission or electronic storage. Do not send information unnecessary for an inquiry, such as account passwords or financial and medical details.
Your choices and rights
You can manage cookies in your browser and use consent controls or ad settings where provided. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal information. Check the channels published on our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity or clarify the scope of a request.
Children’s information
Durudam provides everyday information for a general audience and is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. If a guardian believes a child has sent unnecessary personal information, use our Contact page to request a review for deletion.
External links and policy changes
Durudam may link to sites managed by other operators. Check their policies to understand how they process information.
We may revise this policy as services and tools change. Significant changes will be shown on this page with a new effective date or notice. The revised policy applies from the stated date.

Visitor statistics and operational checks
To understand use of public content, Durudam uses Koko Analytics on its own server to aggregate daily page views, estimated daily visitors, page paths and referring-site domains. This statistical collection does not send data to an external analytics service or use analytics cookies or local storage.
To reduce duplicate counts within a day, an IP address, browser information and a random value changed daily are used to create a one-way hash. The statistics store retains a temporary hash instead of the original IP address or browser details and does not link a visitor across dates. Temporary hashes are configured for daily cleanup; aggregate figures older than three months are periodically deleted. Under normal operation, queued records are aggregated in about one to two minutes. Delayed scheduled jobs or separate server backups may affect actual cleanup times. Ordinary web-server access logs are separate and follow their own retention settings.
Search terms, URL queries and detailed paths of referring addresses are excluded from statistical records. Logged-in operators and known bots are excluded. Statistics are not collected when the browser sends a DNT or GPC signal. Script blocking, devices sharing a network or changes in connection environment can make visitor estimates differ from actual people counts.
Only operators can access statistics and check screens. Operational checks cover homepage response codes and times, certificate expiry and server capacity; availability-check history is kept for 30 days. No external continuous monitoring or alert email is connected.
